Revolut is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead crypto marketing initiatives. The role sits within Revolut's Growth team, which drives campaigns connecting with millions of customers across the fintech super app.
You will own the full marketing lifecycle for crypto products: identifying customer needs and behaviors to create data-driven content; designing go-to-market launches with audience strategy, messaging, and communication plans; conducting research to uncover customer insights and validate roadmaps; building market-leading campaign calendars across the funnel (acquisition to retention); establishing tone of voice and style guides adapted to local markets; running experiments to test hypotheses and inform strategy; and scaling creative efforts globally through playbooks and operationalized resources for regional teams.
This is a strategic, cross-functional role requiring collaboration with product, regional marketing teams, and other stakeholders to shape how millions of customers engage with Revolut's crypto offerings.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of B2C marketing experience in fast-paced, preferably hyper-growth global tech companies
- Native-level English fluency
- Interest in the crypto industry
- Strong knowledge of fintech and payments competitive landscape
- Expertise in storytelling and compelling content creation for conversion
- Experience setting strategic direction and managing complex, cross-functional campaigns
- Track record in editorial and commercial content planning and creation
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable campaign and product strategies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to thrive in evolving growth environments
