Salary: USD 120,000 - 150,000 / annual
Verisoul is a fraud detection and bot prevention platform serving enterprise customers like P&G, Qualtrics, Clay, and VSCO. The company has achieved 9x YoY ARR growth to $5.8M, scaled to 150+ customers, and recently raised $8.8M in Series A funding with a 92% competitive win rate.
You will be the second marketer at Verisoul, reporting directly to the Director of Marketing and working within a collaborative growth team. This is an early-stage opportunity to help build the marketing engine and establish systems, voice, and processes that will shape the company's go-to-market approach for years to come.
Key responsibilities span three core areas:
**Growth Marketing & Demand Generation:** Identify target audiences, channels, and messaging to fill the sales pipeline. Build, launch, and measure campaigns using HubSpot, LinkedIn, HeyReach, Smartlead, and Clay. Work closely with the growth team to optimize performance.
**Content & Distribution:** Accelerate content creation including reports, articles, and videos. Drive distribution across LinkedIn and YouTube. Identify and collaborate with external partners to secure coverage in niche newsletters, podcasts, and industry publications.
**Marketing Infrastructure & Experimentation:** Improve CRM setup and data hygiene. Build top-of-funnel reporting. Identify and test new channels, formats, and messaging approaches. Measure results and iterate based on data.
Additional responsibilities include sales enablement (building vertical-specific assets to support deal closure), event marketing (messaging, content, and promotion for in-person and digital events), and cross-functional collaboration with the CEO, Chief Strategy Officer, GTM Directors, Product & Engineering, and Events Manager.
You'll work in a fast-moving startup environment where you own projects end-to-end and contribute to building a distinctive, human-centered company culture.
**Requirements:**
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B/tech
- Strong project management and collaboration skills; ability to keep multiple workstreams moving across marketing, sales, and product
- Excellent writing and editorial judgment; ability to produce compelling, well-structured content that resonates with multiple audiences
- Strong portfolio demonstrating your marketing approach (social media, thought leadership, events, strategy, etc.)
- Balance of creative and analytical skills; comfort pursuing new ideas while grounding decisions in data and systems-level thinking
- Accountability and comfort owning projects end-to-end in a small team
