Centralize is a relationship intelligence platform for enterprise revenue teams, replacing traditional CRMs with a modern system that helps sales reps identify key stakeholders and close larger deals. The company has grown 5x year-over-year, raised $18M+ in Series A funding led by NEA, and counts Webflow, Elevenlabs, Brex, and LangChain among its customers. The founding team includes a former Facebook Shops engineer and the creator of Slack Huddles, with backing from Salesforce Ventures, Y Combinator, and operators from Slack, Figma, Box, and Dropbox.
You will build and own Centralize's growth engine as a strategic, analytical, and hands-on Growth Marketing Manager, reporting to the Marketing Lead. Your responsibilities span the full growth lifecycle: developing channel strategies across paid acquisition, SEO/AEO, website conversion, and emerging channels; overseeing agency partners while maintaining strategic ownership; executing campaigns, landing pages, and copy; optimizing website conversion through structured experimentation; building measurement and attribution frameworks; and scaling repeatable programs as the team grows. You'll move fluidly between strategy and execution, identifying high-impact opportunities, testing hypotheses, analyzing performance data, and translating learnings into scalable processes.

- Strong writing skills for landing pages, ad copy, email, and campaign messaging
- High agency, ownership, and resourcefulness; ability to drive work forward independently
- Comfort moving between strategy and hands-on execution
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving startup with shifting priorities
- Plus: experience building growth at early-stage B2B SaaS; familiarity with both product-led and sales-led growth motions
