Baselayer is an AI Risk Platform that automates merchant onboarding, underwriting, and fraud prevention for over 20% of US financial institutions. The company prevents billions in merchant fraud and credit risk while automating good merchant applications. With Agentic Identity, Baselayer is extending its identity network to AI agents acting on businesses' behalf. You will join a close-knit team solving a major problem: business fraud costs the financial system billions annually, and existing tools are slow, expensive, and outdated. You'll report to marketing leadership and work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Design, and Revenue Operations. In this role, you will own growth marketing experiments across paid, owned, and earned channels that generate qualified pipeline for risk, compliance, and fraud leaders at banks, credit unions, and fintechs. You will plan, launch, and optimize campaigns while owning the budget, testing roadmap, and reporting. Your pipeline impact will show up directly in leadership conversations. Key responsibilities include: **Channels:** Own programs across paid channels (LinkedIn, Google Ads), owned channels (email, website), and earned channels (social, partnerships). Build and run account-based advertising programs targeting financial institutions and fintechs in partnership with Sales. Manage budget allocation across channels. Launch and scale retargeting, content syndication, and sponsored placements supporting the full buyer journey. **Testing and Conversion:** Run a structured testing roadmap across audiences, offers, creative, email, website, and landing pages. Partner with Design and Product Marketing to brief and iterate on creative and messaging. Improve website, landing page, and form conversion rates. Report on experiment learnings and scale winners. **Measurement and Reporting:** Own campaign tracking, UTM standards, conversion events, and offline conversion syncs between ad platforms and HubSpot. Report on CAC, cost per opportunity, pipeline sourced and influenced, and ROAS with clear recommendations. Partner with Revenue Operations to build trusted attribution and funnel reporting. **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Align with Sales leadership on target accounts, lead quality, and marketing-to-sales handoff. Share channel and audience insights with Product Marketing. Evaluate and manage agencies, contractors, and ad tech tools as the program scales. This is hands-on work: you'll get into ad accounts, build tests, read data, and be accountable for pipeline and revenue, not just clicks and leads. **Requirements:** No specific years of experience, education, or certifications are stated in the posting. The role expects hands-on expertise in paid advertising platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads), email marketing, website optimization, conversion rate testing, marketing analytics, and attribution modeling. Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms is implied. Familiarity with B2B SaaS or fintech marketing, account-based marketing, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Product teams is valuable.
