Courier Health is building the future of patient engagement for life sciences companies. The software platform supports patients in their complex journey from diagnosis through therapy initiation and ongoing management, helping biopharma companies achieve optimal health outcomes for patients living with chronic and rare diseases.
As Growth Marketing Lead, you will own the demand generation strategy and execution across all channels—paid, organic, email, events, and content syndication. You'll drive the events program, including industry conferences and Courier's annual Patient Innovators Summit. You'll develop field marketing strategies that support pipeline generation in priority accounts and help design, execute, and iterate account-based marketing programs.
You'll refine and maintain the attribution model and reporting infrastructure connecting marketing activity to pipeline and revenue. Working closely with Sales, you'll refine lead scoring, routing, Marketing-to-Sales handoffs, and SLA frameworks. You'll foster a culture of experimentation and testing, staying at the cutting edge of B2B demand generation. The role emphasizes AI-native tools that make programs smarter and faster.
This is a people-management role: you'll build and develop a team of strong individual contributors.
**Requirements:**
- 8+ years of growth or demand generation marketing experience in B2B SaaS
- Enterprise software or regulated industry experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated track record building and scaling demand gen programs that produce measurable pipeline
- Experience owning or co-owning an events program, including at least one owned/produced event
- Strong marketing operations expertise: understanding the stack, building attribution models, and running analysis independently
- Deep ABM experience: account tiering, personalized program design, and multi-channel orchestration
- People manager with a track record of developing strong individual contributors
- Experimentation mindset and rigorous approach to testing and learning
- Strong communication skills for presenting strategy and results to senior leadership
