Decoda Health is seeking a Growth Marketer to drive awareness and engagement among clinic owners through compelling content and strategic marketing initiatives. You will own the content strategy and execution for the brand, with a focus on short-form video and social media. Your primary responsibilities include: **Content Creation & Distribution**: Ship multiple pieces of short-form video and social content weekly across multiple channels. You'll script, shoot, edit, and post content designed to stop clinic owners mid-scroll and drive them to engage with Decoda. **Paid Social Creative**: Build and test ad creative for paid social campaigns—developing hooks, angles, and variants. You'll analyze performance data, identify what works, and scale successful campaigns while cutting underperformers. **Product Launch Marketing**: Turn product launches and feature releases into compelling narratives. You'll work with founders and product teams to create content that makes clinic owners want to adopt new offerings. **Customer Storytelling**: Leverage Decoda's hundreds of clinic customers as marketing assets. You'll identify compelling customer stories and transform them into engaging video content that demonstrates real-world impact. **Performance Analysis**: Track content and campaign performance weekly using platform analytics. You'll develop data-driven insights to inform content strategy and continuously optimize for results. **Content Planning**: Own the editorial calendar, planning content around product launches, customer wins, and industry moments to ensure consistent, strategic posting. **Events & PR**: Support industry conference participation—from creating booth content and materials to capturing and distributing event coverage. You'll also assist with PR outreach and ensure launches and customer wins receive visibility beyond owned channels. You'll work in a fast-moving startup environment where shipping quickly and iterating based on feedback is valued over perfection. The role requires versatility: you might move from editing a reel to preparing for a conference to drafting a press pitch in the same day. **Requirements** - 1 to 3 years of content creation experience for a brand, startup, or agency, with a portfolio demonstrating real audience engagement - Full-spectrum content production skills: scriptwriting, camera operation, and video editing - Comfort on camera or demonstrated willingness to develop on-camera presence quickly - Experience with paid social creative or strong motivation to learn performance marketing - Ability to read and interpret platform analytics and act on data insights - Bias toward shipping: publish, gather feedback, iterate, and improve rapidly - Comfort with variety and context-switching in a small, fast-paced team - Willingness to work at a high pace with intensity - Experience in aesthetics, wellness, or healthcare is a plus but not required
