Dash0 is building an OpenTelemetry-native observability platform designed to eliminate vendor lock-in and reduce operational toil. The company is backed by top-tier investors including Balderton Capital, Accel, and Cherry Ventures, and is in a growth phase following Series B funding.
The Growth Manager will own the strategy and execution of customer acquisition and expansion initiatives. You will analyze funnel, pipeline, and product-usage data to identify growth opportunities and translate findings into actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams. You'll develop signal-based outreach strategies, build account prioritization models, and create expansion triggers for the sales team using HubSpot and n8n automation tools.
Key responsibilities include designing and executing growth campaigns across content, community, partnerships, and paid channels; running structured experiments across the entire customer journey from acquisition through expansion; auditing and optimizing the sign-up and onboarding experience; and building dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide company-wide visibility into growth metrics from site traffic to ARR.
You will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and engineering teams to ship conversion improvements and scale growth programs. The role requires a bias toward ownership, pace, and shipping good solutions quickly rather than waiting for perfection.
