Salary: GBP 75,000 - 200,000 / annual

Axle Energy is building software infrastructure for the decarbonised energy system, controlling hundreds of thousands of energy assets (vehicle charging, heating systems, home batteries) to shift energy usage to times when electricity is cheap and green. You will drive go-to-market success and build repeatable commercial motion as Axle scales. This is a foundational role where you'll define sales processes at the company during a period of rapid revenue growth. Key responsibilities: - Own new customer acquisition end-to-end, from initial conversation through commercial close - Define and execute go-to-market strategy, including value propositions, pricing, customer segmentation, and launch strategies - Develop and manage the growing sales pipeline - Act as commercial bridge between partners and internal teams, translating market and customer insights into product, pricing, and GTM inputs - Build and refine scalable sales and partner processes supporting repeatable growth across customer segments - Track performance, pipeline, and outcomes using data to prioritise effort and improve commercial effectiveness - Support client onboarding and ongoing commercial relationship management You should have strong commercial instincts, a sharp go-to-market mindset, and comfort operating in technical conversations. The ability to move quickly, remove friction, and adapt pragmatically is essential. Multilingual capability is a bonus.
