Juicebox is a fast-growing AI SaaS company on a mission to help teams win the talent war through intelligent recruiting. The company is on track to $100M in ARR with 20%+ monthly growth, backed by Sequoia Capital, DST Global, and other top-tier investors, and serves 5,000+ customers including Ramp, Notion, and leading AI labs.
You will be one of the first non-sales hires in the London office, tasked with building Juicebox's presence across the UK startup ecosystem. This is a highly entrepreneurial generalist role with significant autonomy and the opportunity to shape how Juicebox grows in a key international market.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and scaling Juicebox's VC partnership ecosystem across the UK, driving awareness and adoption within portfolio companies
- Developing relationships with existing customers and champions across the UK startup community
- Planning and hosting customer dinners, networking events, and community gatherings
- Identifying, attending, and maximizing high-value conferences and startup ecosystem events
- Launching and managing creative growth and brand initiatives, including out-of-home (OOH) campaigns and local marketing programs
- Partnering closely with the US team to test new growth opportunities and execute strategic projects across marketing, partnerships, and business operations
- Serving as Juicebox's eyes and ears in the UK market, identifying opportunities to strengthen brand and accelerate growth

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in growth, marketing, business operations, partnerships, consulting, venture capital, or a related field
- Entrepreneurial mindset and track record of taking initiative beyond core responsibilities
- Strong project management and execution skills with ability to operate independently
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Strong business judgment and problem-solving skills
- Genuine interest in startups, technology, and the venture ecosystem
- Based in London and excited to work in-person with a growing team
Bonus qualifications:
- Experience at a high-growth startup, venture-backed company, VC fund, or top-tier consulting firm
- Existing relationships within the UK startup or venture ecosystem
- Experience organizing events, communities, partnerships, or growth programs
