You'll join the Marketing & Growth team as a Growth Analytics Senior Analyst, serving as the analytical backbone for the Secret Media Network division. This is a hands-on role blending data engineering, business analysis, and AI-powered automation.
Key responsibilities include:
**Data Infrastructure & Reporting:** Own and maintain data pipelines and dashboards powering team reporting. Establish consistent metric definitions across the organization to ensure unified success measurement.
**Business Analytics & Experimentation:** Design and execute A/B tests to identify performance drivers across content formats and platform features. Proactively surface growth opportunities through data exploration, translating findings into actionable business recommendations.
**Data Foundations & Governance:** Architect data pipelines and definitions that prevent issues before they occur. Set and enforce standards for data quality, documentation, and access, enabling team self-service with confidence.
**AI & Automation:** Leverage AI tools to scale analysis—automating recurring reports and building AI-assisted workflows that surface insights. Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and stay current on emerging analytics tooling.
**Cross-Functional Support:** Act as the go-to data partner for different functions, translating business questions into reliable answers. Present findings in accessible ways for non-technical stakeholders.
Required qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related STEM field. 3-5 years in Data Analysis, Analytics, or Business Intelligence roles in fast-paced, digital-first environments. Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with modern data stacks (dbt, cloud data warehouses). Dashboard building experience (Metabase, Looker, Tableau). Hands-on AI tool usage for analytics acceleration. A/B testing and experimentation design experience is a strong plus. You're curious, business-minded, and comfortable with ambiguity.
