Parts Town, a fast-growing distributor of restaurant equipment, HVAC, and residential appliance parts, is seeking a Group Supply Chain Analyst to support their Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process. This role is central to transforming complex supply chain data into actionable insights that drive alignment across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams. In this position, you will own the analytical execution of the SIOP process by analyzing sales, inventory, operational, and market data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. You'll develop, automate, and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting tools that support operational reviews and leadership decision-making. A key responsibility is partnering with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Finance, and Manufacturing teams to align forecasts, inventory strategies, capacity plans, and business objectives. You will ensure data accuracy and integrity through audits and validation processes, creating a consistent source of truth across the organization. Your analytical work will translate into clear, actionable recommendations that evaluate the impact of demand variability, supply constraints, and inventory imbalances. You'll also support strategic supply chain initiatives focused on process improvement, inventory optimization, operational performance, and cost reduction, while delivering ad hoc analysis and continuously improving tools and processes. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience in SIOP, demand planning, supply planning, or supply chain analytics, ideally in a manufacturing or distribution environment. You should be highly analytical with advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with BI and data visualization tools (Qlik, Power BI, Tableau) and ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, High Jump) is a plus. Strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential. You'll need a quality, high-speed internet connection and fluency in English; bilingual capabilities are valued.
