As Group Product Manager for Product Solutions, you will lead a team of Product Managers and own a portfolio of enterprise AI solutions built on the Unframe platform. This is a high-ambiguity, fast-paced role where you'll work directly with customers to identify the highest-ROI problems, define success metrics, and drive solutions from concept to production deployment.
Key responsibilities include: leading a PM team on complex, high-impact AI solutions; partnering with customers to validate problems and define metrics before building; operating effectively in ambiguous environments where requirements aren't predefined; driving end-to-end delivery of new solutions while making critical trade-offs between speed, stability, and scope; owning a portfolio of solutions across multiple enterprise customers; supporting PMs in day-to-day execution, prioritization, and unblocking; balancing rapid execution with long-term quality and reuse; identifying patterns across solutions and pushing for productization with the Platform team; and mentoring PMs to develop their product judgment and effectiveness in fast-paced, ambiguous settings.
You'll need 7+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years leading Product Managers in high-growth or complex environments. Required: deep experience with complex systems and enterprise customers, proven ability to manage strong PMs while empowering ownership, track record of shipping products from concept to real-world impact, and strong cross-functional leadership skills working with engineering, AI, GTM, and customers.
