Unframe is an AI-first startup enabling Fortune 500 enterprises to deploy LLM-powered applications in days rather than months. Backed by Bessemer, Craft, and TLV Partners with $100M in Series B funding, the company combines product-company speed with consultancy flexibility to accelerate enterprise AI adoption.
As Group Product Manager for Product Solutions, you will lead a team of Product Managers owning a portfolio of enterprise AI solutions built on the Unframe platform. This is a high-ownership, 0→1 role operating in ambiguity where you shape opportunities from initial customer discovery through production deployment.
Key responsibilities include: leading a PM team on complex, high-impact AI solutions for enterprise customers; working directly with customers to identify high-ROI problems and define success metrics before building; driving solution delivery from early stages to production while making critical trade-off decisions; owning a portfolio across multiple enterprise customers and managing parallel engagements; supporting PMs in day-to-day execution, prioritization, and unblocking; balancing speed with long-term quality and product thinking; identifying patterns across solutions to drive reuse and productization with the Platform team; and mentoring PMs to develop their product judgment in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
You will operate with end-to-end ownership, working closely with founders, engineering, AI, GTM, and customers. The role emphasizes real enterprise problems, measurable business value, and shipping AI products at scale.
Required qualifications: 7+ years of product management experience including 2+ years leading Product Managers in high-growth or complex environments; proven experience with complex systems and enterprise customers navigating competing needs and constraints; demonstrated ability to manage strong PMs while setting direction and empowering ownership; capability to operate in ambiguity, define problems, and lead teams from concept to production; track record of driving products from concept to real-world impact while balancing speed, quality, and scale; strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
