Unframe is an AI-first startup enabling Fortune 500 enterprises to deploy LLM-powered applications in days rather than months. Backed by Bessemer, Craft, and TLV Partners with $100M Series B funding, the company combines product-company speed with consultancy flexibility to accelerate AI system deployment. As Group Product Manager for Product Solutions, you will lead a team of Product Managers and own a portfolio of enterprise AI solutions built on the Unframe platform. Key responsibilities include: - Lead a PM team working on complex, high-impact AI solutions for enterprise customers - Work directly with customers to identify the highest-ROI use cases and define success metrics before building - Drive delivery of new solutions from early concept through production, making critical product and trade-off decisions - Own a portfolio of solutions across multiple enterprise customers, balancing parallel engagements - Support your PMs in day-to-day execution: prioritization, trade-offs, and unblocking implementation - Balance execution speed with long-term quality, reuse, and product thinking - Identify patterns across solutions and drive productization with the Platform team - Mentor and develop PMs, building their product judgment in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment Required qualifications: - 7+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years leading Product Managers in high-growth or complex environments - Proven experience with complex systems and enterprise customers, navigating competing needs and constraints - Track record managing strong PMs while setting direction and empowering independent decision-making - Ability to operate in ambiguity, define problems, and lead teams from concept to production - Demonstrated success driving products from concept to real-world impact, balancing speed, quality, and scale - Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills across engineering, AI, GTM, and customer teams This role offers genuine ownership from day one: shaping direction, making product decisions, and leading teams through ambiguity while working closely with founders and senior leaders in a fast-moving, execution-focused environment.
