As Group Product Manager for Product Solutions, you will lead a team of Product Managers and own a portfolio of enterprise AI solutions built on the Unframe platform. This is a high-ownership, 0→1 role operating in ambiguous, fast-paced conditions where problems are not predefined.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead a PM team working on complex, high-impact AI solutions for enterprise customers
- Work directly with customers to identify the right problems to solve, define success metrics, and shape opportunities before building
- Drive delivery of new solutions from early concept through production, making critical product and trade-off decisions
- Own a portfolio of solutions across multiple enterprise customers, setting priorities across parallel engagements
- Support PMs in day-to-day execution: help prioritize, make trade-offs, and unblock implementation progress
- Balance speed of execution with long-term quality, reuse, and product thinking
- Identify patterns across solutions and push for productization and reuse with the Platform team
- Mentor and develop PMs, growing their product judgment in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
You will need 7+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years leading Product Managers in high-growth or complex environments. Required: experience with complex systems and enterprise customers, navigating competing needs and constraints. You should demonstrate strong cross-functional leadership, ability to operate in ambiguity, and a proven track record of driving products from concept to real-world impact. Experience managing strong PMs while empowering ownership and independent decision-making is essential.
This role offers true end-to-end ownership from day one, working closely with founders and senior leaders in a fast-moving company shipping AI products to Fortune 500 customers. You'll work on-site from Unframe's Tel Aviv office.
