The company helps Fortune 500 enterprises deploy LLM-powered applications in days rather than months, combining product-company speed with consultancy flexibility. As Group Product Manager for Product Solutions, you will lead a team of Product Managers and own a portfolio of enterprise AI solutions delivered on the Unframe platform. This is a high-ambiguity, fast-paced role where you operate with end-to-end ownership, shaping opportunities and driving 0→1 products and POCs from conception to deployed solution. Key responsibilities include: - Lead a team of Product Managers on complex, high-impact AI solutions for enterprise customers - Work directly with customers to identify the right problems to solve (highest ROI use cases) and define success metrics before building - Operate in high ambiguity, shaping opportunities where requirements are not clearly defined - Drive delivery of new solutions from early stages to production, making key product and trade-off decisions across speed, stability, and scope - Own a portfolio of solutions across one or more enterprise customers, setting priorities across multiple parallel engagements - Support PMs in day-to-day solution management: help prioritize, make trade-offs, and unblock progress - Balance speed of execution with long-term quality, reuse, and product thinking - Identify patterns across solutions and push for reuse and productization with the Platform team - Mentor and develop PMs, growing their product judgment in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment Required qualifications: - 7+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years leading Product Managers in high-growth or complex environments - Experience working on complex systems and with enterprise customers, navigating competing needs and constraints - Proven ability to manage strong PMs, setting direction while empowering ownership and independent decision-making - Track record of driving products or systems from concept to real-world impact, balancing speed, quality, and scale - Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills working with engineering, AI, GTM, and customers This role offers true ownership from day one: you'll shape direction, make product calls, and lead teams through ambiguity while shipping AI products to Fortune 500 customers. You'll work closely with founders and senior leaders in a fast-moving company where things actually get built.
