Unframe is an AI-first startup helping Fortune 500 enterprises deploy LLM-powered applications in days rather than months. Backed by Bessemer, Craft, and TLV Partners with $100M in Series B funding, the company combines product-company speed with consultancy flexibility to accelerate enterprise AI adoption. As Group Product Manager, you will lead a team of Product Managers and own a portfolio of enterprise AI solutions in production. This is a 0→1 role operating in high ambiguity where problems are not predefined. You will work directly with customers and internal teams to identify high-value problems, define solutions, and drive execution from early stages through production. Key responsibilities include: leading a PM team on complex, high-impact AI solutions; working closely with customers to identify and define what to build; operating in ambiguity to shape opportunities with unclear requirements; driving new solutions from concept to production with key product decisions; owning a portfolio across enterprise customers and setting priorities across parallel initiatives; balancing execution speed with long-term scalability and quality; identifying patterns for reuse and productization; and mentoring PMs to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. You will have end-to-end ownership, shaping opportunities, driving execution, and scaling successful solutions. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership working with engineering, AI, GTM teams, and customers. You'll operate in a true 0→1 environment at scale, working closely with founders and senior leaders in a fast-moving company where things actually get built. Required: 7+ years of product management experience including 2+ years leading Product Managers in high-growth or complex environments. You must have experience managing strong PMs, setting direction while empowering ownership and independent decision-making. Proven ability to operate in ambiguity, define problems, and lead teams building new solutions from early stages to production. Track record of driving products or systems from concept to real-world impact, balancing speed, quality, and scalability. Experience with complex systems and enterprise customers, navigating competing needs and constraints.
