- Building and developing a team of product managers
- Partnering with platform engineering to define scheduling, bin-packing, and resource allocation features
- Balancing the roadmap across utilization, performance, and customer experience priorities
- Defining and tracking metrics for orchestration efficiency and fleet utilization
- Engaging with customers and internal stakeholders to understand workload orchestration requirements
- Representing orchestration priorities in cross-functional and leadership planning
You bring significant product management experience in infrastructure or distributed systems, with a proven track record managing product teams. You have strong technical depth in scheduling, resource orchestration, or distributed systems concepts, and are comfortable partnering closely with engineering on complex technical problems. You have shipped infrastructure or platform products at scale and excel at prioritization and stakeholder communication.
