Lab37 Robotics is a technology company developing and deploying robots for direct-to-customer food production. This Group Product Manager role owns product leadership for Lab37's operations tools portfolio, which includes robot fleet management, customer support systems, and learning management platforms.
You will build and manage a team of Product Managers, each with clear ownership of their product area. Key responsibilities include setting the roadmap and investment priorities across the operations tools portfolio, establishing lightweight planning and review rhythms, and holding teams accountable for timely delivery and measurable adoption. You'll own cross-product intelligence—connecting fleet health and service history to support patterns and workforce readiness—and translate those signals into actionable priorities.
The role requires managing product quality and on-time delivery across a multi-product portfolio, making tradeoffs to optimize business value with limited resources. You'll lead change management to ensure that updates to robots, software, and operating processes reach the field as a coordinated experience, aligning fleet rollouts with support diagnostics and workforce learning. You'll also establish a comprehensive continuous improvement cycle, tracking issues from detection through resolution and confirming that changes prevent recurrence and improve operating results.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years of product management experience, with demonstrated success building and managing product teams. You should have a track record leading multi-product portfolios from strategy through field adoption, with strong communication of priorities and tradeoffs to executives and teams. Technical fluency to partner with Engineering and Data is essential. Experience with field-deployed or multi-site operations, fleet management, support systems, or learning systems is valuable. You are a strong coach who can recruit well and develop leaders who thrive with ambiguity.
