Salary: USD 201,000 - 402,000 / annual
Nutanix is seeking an experienced Group Product Manager to lead the next phase of growth for Nutanix Cloud Manager (NCM), the company's cloud-native infrastructure management platform. This is a leadership role within the NCM Product Management team, where you will oversee a team of senior product managers and drive strategic initiatives across the cloud-native infrastructure space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify market opportunities and inform product strategy
- Develop and articulate a compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap for cloud-native infrastructure and workloads within NCM
- Identify target market segments, key use cases, and unmet customer needs to guide product development priorities
- Define go-to-market strategy and tactics to drive adoption, growth, and superior customer experience
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of diverse, senior-level product managers
- Serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader in cloud-native management, evangelizing the vision and roadmap with customers, partners, and analysts
- Drive cross-functional execution with engineering, marketing, sales, customer success, and enablement teams
- Analyze business results and guide the team to evolve strategy and tactics based on performance and market dynamics
Required Qualifications:
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of product management experience with proven track record leading and managing product teams
- Domain expertise in hybrid cloud, enterprise infrastructure, Kubernetes, or cloud-native environments
- Experience developing product vision, strategy, roadmap, and managing complex initiatives
- Passion for building products customers love

Work Arrangement:
Hybrid role based in San Jose, CA. Employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration and team alignment.
