Oscar Health is hiring a Group Product Manager to lead the Member Coverage & Support Platform product organization. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for the platforms that enable members to enroll, understand billing, and receive support—spanning coverage data integrations, APIs, billing and payment workflows, and internal support tools.
You will own a large, technically complex product area and set vision and strategy for a critical part of Oscar's operating model. Key responsibilities include modernizing legacy systems, improving end-to-end member and agent experience, ensuring platform scalability during seasonal peaks, and developing product strategies for evolving support models (including AI-assisted and human-handled cases).
This is deeply cross-functional work. You will partner with Engineering, Operations, Data, Design, and business leaders to translate complex systems into clear priorities for non-technical stakeholders. You will manage and develop a team of product managers, reporting to a Director of Product Management.
The role requires 7+ years of product management experience, 2+ years of people management, and a track record leading technical platform products, internal tools, workflow systems, or integrations. You should excel at managing complex product areas with multiple stakeholders and operational dependencies, and have strong analytical and communication skills.
Bonus experience includes healthcare/insurance/fintech background, or proven success improving support operations through tooling, automation, AI, or workflow redesign.
