Oscar Health is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead the Member Coverage & Support Platform product area. This role owns a large, technically complex product domain spanning coverage data integrations and APIs, billing and payment workflows, and support team tools that help resolve member issues. You will set vision and strategy for a critical part of Oscar's operating model, modernizing legacy systems while improving end-to-end member and agent experience. The role requires deep cross-functional partnership with Engineering, Operations, Data, Design, and business leadership to connect strategy to execution across technical systems and human workflows. Key responsibilities include defining product vision and roadmap for member coverage, billing, payments, and service workflows; managing and developing a team of product managers; driving measurable improvements in operational outcomes (first call resolution, call duration, escalation rates); developing product strategies for evolving support models including AI-assisted and human-handled cases; and translating complex technical and operational concepts for non-technical stakeholders. You will make thoughtful tradeoff decisions across a broad, seasonal, and business-critical product surface, identifying opportunities to reduce operational friction and improve agent effectiveness. The role reports to a Director of Product Management. Required: 7+ years of product management experience, 2+ years of people management experience, background leading technical platform products or internal tools, experience managing complex product areas with multiple stakeholders and operational dependencies, strong communication and analytical skills. Bonus: Healthcare, insurance, fintech, or regulated industry experience; background improving support operations through tooling, automation, AI, or workflow redesign.
