As Group Product Manager, International, you will lead Rippling's international product expansion across payroll, HRIS, and Time products. Based in London, you'll own cross-cutting product initiatives that apply across multiple geographies, with a focus on premium payroll markets. Your responsibilities include:
• Own the roadmap and execution of cross-cutting Time, HRIS, or Benefits product features across premium payroll markets
• Work through ambiguity to identify the highest-leverage product opportunities across different markets
• Build scalable products that address complex local requirements while maintaining platform consistency
• Provide strategic support for individual markets as needed
• Balance country-specific needs with platform-first building approaches
This role requires someone who can navigate the complexity of international product development—understanding specific country requirements while building foundations that work across many geographies. You'll collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to execute on a global scale. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B SaaS product management, ideally with exposure to international expansion, regulatory complexity, or multi-market product strategy.
