Maven AGI is hiring a Group Product Manager to own the Integrations layer of its enterprise AI platform. This role is responsible for defining Maven's integration portfolio—which systems the platform supports, at what depth, and in what order—and building the underlying integration platform that enables rapid scaling. You will own the full roadmap and P&L for integrations, making strategic decisions on breadth versus depth (e.g., read-only connectors vs. full read/write with custom object support). You'll engage directly with enterprise customers to understand their tech stacks and translate those requirements into engineering specifications. The role spans multiple dimensions: the integration platform itself (tooling, frameworks, patterns), actions and tool use (how agents safely take actions inside customer systems), and partner ecosystem strategy (deciding which platforms warrant formal partnerships vs. in-house builds, and managing marketplace presence on Salesforce AppExchange, Zendesk Marketplace, etc.). You'll work cross-functionally with GTM to convert integration depth into enterprise wins and with customer success to turn integration issues into product improvements. Maven's agents are only as good as the systems they can reach—your work directly enables agents to fetch customer data from Shopify, update tickets in Zendesk, look up accounts in Salesforce, pull knowledge articles from Confluence, and trigger actions in homegrown billing systems. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of product management experience with meaningful time on integrations, APIs, developer platforms, or iPaaS products. You've shipped integration products before and understand the technical building blocks: REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, OAuth, rate limits, event streams, and their failure modes. You have direct experience with the systems Maven touches—CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), ticketing (Zendesk, ServiceNow, Freshdesk), knowledge bases (Confluence, Notion, Guru), commerce (Shopify, Stripe), and identity (Okta, Auth0). You're fluent in extracting requirements from messy customer conversations and turning them into PRDs. You have real enthusiasm for AI, LLMs, and autonomous agents, with a clear point of view on how integrations change when the caller is an agent rather than a human developer. Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences is essential.
