As Group Product Manager for the Control Plane, you will own the product strategy and roadmap for Volta's Kubernetes-native control layer that manages and orchestrates compute, storage, and networking resources across the platform. This is a deeply technical product leadership role where your decisions directly impact fleet reliability and efficiency. Key responsibilities include: - Developing and executing product strategy for the control plane as the fleet scales - Leading and mentoring a team of product managers focused on control plane capabilities - Partnering closely with platform engineering to translate customer and operational needs into features - Prioritizing the roadmap based on customer impact, operational reliability, and platform scalability - Working with bring-up and operations teams to identify and address operational pain points - Defining success metrics and tracking outcomes post-launch - Representing control plane priorities in cross-functional leadership planning - Communicating roadmap and strategy to engineering, leadership, and customers You bring significant product management experience in infrastructure, platform, or developer tools, with a track record of managing product teams and shipping infrastructure products at scale. Deep technical fluency with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure control plane concepts is essential. You excel at prioritization, stakeholder communication, and partnering closely with engineering teams.
