Salary: USD 170,000 - 200,000 / annual
Digible is a profitable, bootstrapped digital marketing platform serving the multifamily real estate industry. Founded in 2017, the company has achieved 371% three-year growth (Inc. 5000 #1,165) and is in the midst of an AI transformation. The company operates on a 4-day workweek and emphasizes authentic, collaborative culture.
As Group Product Manager, you will lead a product group consisting of your own pod plus two direct-report Product Managers. Your primary responsibility is running your own pod end-to-end—discovery, strategy, roadmap, delivery, and business results—while managing and coaching two experienced PMs who each run their own pods. Your pod focuses on integrations, customer data architecture, core platform, and workflow productization, alongside customer-facing experiences.
Key responsibilities include: owning your pod's business impact (revenue and operational efficiency); running customer discovery and research directly; leading foundational platform work on integrations and data architecture; managing and developing two PMs through 1:1s, goals, and coaching; identifying and resolving overlaps across pods strategically rather than letting them surface as delivery conflicts; aligning stakeholders (leadership, agency partners, customers) around group strategy; shipping end-to-end experiences including enablement and change management; defining and measuring success metrics; helping lead AI transformation across product, design, and engineering; and setting the bar for product taste and AI-native practices across the group.
You'll report to the VP of Product and work within a small product organization (nine people) inside a profitable company with direct access to leadership. The role balances hands-on IC work (the biggest part of your job) with people leadership, and you'll use AI throughout your workflow to move faster than a team your size normally could.
Success is measured on: pod and group business impact (revenue and efficiency outcomes); adoption and CSAT from internal teams and customers; delivery predictability; and your direct reports' performance, development, and career trajectory.
**Requirements:**

- 7+ years of product management experience, including senior-level ownership of a pod or domain with measurable business impact
- 2+ years of AI product experience
- 2+ years of formal people-management experience managing experienced product managers, with accountability for their performance, growth, and career development
- Hands-on PM excellence and genuine preference for IC/manager hybrid roles
- Technical depth in integrations, customer data architecture, core platform, and workflow productization; genuine excitement for this type of work
- Customer discovery and research fluency; product decisions trace back to direct customer learning
- Strategic and communication range to set strategy, make the case, and align executives, agency leaders, engineers, and direct reports
- Track record of aligning multiple teams or product areas around one product story and resolving overlap across them
Preferred:
- Small startup (<150 people) experience
- Experience productizing internal operations or building workflow/integration products
- Tech-enabled services or hybrid product-service business experience
Bonus:
- Digital marketing domain knowledge (strategy, metrics, technology)
