ConductorOne is building C1.ai, a universal control plane for the agentic enterprise that answers the fundamental question: who can do what, when, and why? The platform enables both humans and AI agents to navigate AI-enabled enterprises, understand access controls, and manage identity and permissions safely across hundreds of systems—SaaS apps, infrastructure, internal tools, and AI agents.
As Group Product Manager, you will own significant product areas and drive strategy from discovery through launch and iteration. This is a high-ownership role requiring deep customer empathy, technical collaboration, and business acumen. You'll spend substantial time with customers understanding workflows and pain points, then partner closely with Engineering and Design to translate those insights into shipped products.
Key responsibilities include: defining product vision and strategy for key platform areas; driving execution from concept to launch while balancing customer needs, technical complexity, and business priorities; conducting continuous customer research through interviews, support conversations, and usage analysis; establishing clear product goals and success metrics; leading cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and leadership; and leveraging AI throughout the product development lifecycle—from research and competitive analysis to specification writing and roadmap planning. You'll also help shape how AI becomes a core capability within the platform itself.
You should have 7+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience, with a track record of taking products from 0 to GA in emerging categories where you defined the problem space yourself rather than executing against someone else's scope. Strong analytical skills, comfort with quantitative and qualitative data, and exceptional customer empathy are essential. You should use AI tools daily in your workflow and be enthusiastic about applying AI to both product development and customer experiences. A highly collaborative style, high agency, and comfort in ambiguous, fast-moving startup environments are critical.
Preferred experience includes identity, security, infrastructure, developer tools, or IT admin products; working closely with enterprise customers to translate complex requirements into elegant experiences; and leading products through periods of rapid company growth.
