Mirage is an AI-native video platform that uses natural language and generative models to intelligently orchestrate video production and editing. As Group Product Manager reporting directly to the CEO and Co-Founder, you'll lead product strategy and manage a team of Product Managers while owning some of the company's most critical product bets.
You'll define the future of AI-native video creation by developing a strong point of view on how creators, marketers, and businesses will work with video as AI agents and models become more capable. Your responsibilities include translating frontier research capabilities into reliable, intuitive products; building coherent creative workflows that span intent, generation, editing, iteration, and publishing; and developing exceptional taste in evaluating generated media across quality, controllability, consistency, latency, cost, and creative usefulness.
You'll stay deeply connected to users—creators, marketers, businesses, and emerging creative communities—to identify the next major product opportunities. You'll own products end-to-end, from ambiguous problem definition through prototyping, launch, measurement, and iteration. You'll build tight learning loops with Data Science, define success metrics, and use real product behavior to improve both user experience and underlying models.
Cross-functional leadership is central to the role. You'll partner with Research, Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to shape how products reach the market through positioning, launches, education, and distribution. You'll also lead and develop a high-performing Product team, managing and mentoring Product Managers while raising the bar for product judgment, execution, and craft across Mirage.
The role requires 5+ years of product management experience (or 8+ years in founder, early-stage operator, product marketer, or growth leader roles). You must have direct experience managing and mentoring Product Managers, deep fluency in generative media with hands-on prototyping or shipping experience using modern AI models, strong cross-functional leadership skills, comfort operating in ambiguity, and excellent technical and product communication abilities.
