Brex is seeking a Group Product Manager to own a core product area at the center of the company's highest-priority strategic bets. You will set multi-quarter vision and strategy, make hard prioritization decisions, and ensure your team delivers measurable outcomes that move company-level metrics.
In this role, you'll operate across multiple modes: leading product strategy with a focus on where AI and automation can meaningfully enhance customer experience; building and developing a team of Product Managers who think independently and continuously raise their standards; and driving cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Design, Data, Risk, Legal, and GTM leaders on complex initiatives that span multiple teams.
You'll be expected to use AI tools aggressively in your own work—for discovery, analysis, prototyping, and decision-making—and instill that same mindset across your team. The role balances shipping features with scaling judgment and raising organizational standards.
Responsibilities include defining and owning multi-quarter vision aligned to company priorities; managing and developing a team of PMs with coaching and career development; partnering closely with cross-functional leaders; incorporating AI/ML capabilities into products; leveraging AI tools to accelerate discovery and execution; and establishing planning, prioritization, and execution frameworks tied to measurable outcomes.
You'll be based in one of Brex's offices (San Francisco, Seattle, Vancouver, or New York City) with a requirement to work in-office at least three days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday). Remote work is permitted up to four weeks annually, in minimum one-week blocks.
Required: 7+ years in product management with direct PM team management experience; proven track record scaling complex product areas in B2B SaaS or fintech with measurable business outcomes; ability to set strategy across multiple product surfaces and translate to executable roadmaps; technical fluency to engage in architecture and systems tradeoffs; data-driven approach to metrics, experimentation, and decision-making; comfort with ambiguity and incomplete information; and clear written and verbal communication skills.
