Brex is seeking a Group Product Manager to own a core product area aligned to the company's highest priorities. You'll define multi-quarter vision and strategy, make hard prioritization decisions, and ensure your team delivers outcomes that move company-level metrics.
In this role, you'll operate across multiple modes: leading product strategy with a focus on where AI and automation can meaningfully improve customer experience; building and developing a team of Product Managers who think independently and raise their own standards; and driving cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Design, Data, Risk, Legal, and GTM leaders on complex initiatives.
You'll be expected to use AI tools aggressively in your own work—for discovery, analysis, prototyping, and decision-making—and bring that same mindset to how your team builds products. The role is as much about scaling judgment and raising standards as shipping features.
Key responsibilities include defining and owning vision and strategy for a core product area, managing and developing a team of PMs with coaching and career development, partnering with cross-functional leaders on complex initiatives, incorporating AI/ML capabilities into products, leveraging AI tools to accelerate discovery and execution, and establishing planning and prioritization frameworks tied to company-level outcomes.
You'll need 7+ years in product management with direct experience managing and developing PMs. You should have owned and scaled complex product areas in B2B SaaS or fintech, driving measurable business outcomes across a multi-team portfolio. Technical fluency, data-driven decision-making, comfort with ambiguity, and clear communication are essential.
The role is based in San Francisco, Seattle, Vancouver, or New York City, with a requirement to work in the office at least three days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday). Remote work is permitted up to four weeks per year.
