As Government Contracts Manager, you will join the Legal/GRC team to build and maintain contract management processes for government contracts. You'll work across capture, revenue, and finance organizations to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain government contracts management processes from pre-contract activities through final contract milestones and deliverables
- Build AI-native workflows into contract management and compliance processes to replace manual review wherever possible
- Maintain government contract registration, reporting, and disclosures in systems such as SAM.gov, PIEE, CPARS, and similar platforms
- Assist in negotiating and administering agreements with customers, subcontractors, and vendors while ensuring adherence to company policies and government regulations
- Create workflows and processes to drive efficiency in existing and new business requirements
