Beltic is building a new category to address unexplained agent traffic and distinguish real integrations from attacks. As the first Go-to-Market Lead, you will own the entire sales pipeline end-to-end: sourcing prospects, qualifying opportunities, running sales cycles, and closing deals. You'll work directly with engineering and security leaders, translating technical conversations into actionable positioning, pricing, and messaging for the broader company. Your role is to build the first version of Beltic's GTM motion from scratch—defining channels, sequencing, handoff processes, and support workflows rather than inheriting an existing playbook. You'll turn early customer conversations into insights that shape how the company goes to market. This is a hands-on role where you'll demo the product, read API documentation, and operate with significant autonomy in a genuinely new category. You can work remotely from anywhere in the Americas (UTC-8 to UTC-3) or from the San Francisco office, whichever you prefer. REQUIREMENTS: - Proven experience selling technical, infrastructure, or security products to engineering and security buyers - Track record of closing deals you sourced yourself (not just working inbound queues) - Experience selling to platform, fraud, risk, or identity teams - Comfort operating without a playbook; this is the first GTM hire - Technical fluency: able to read API documentation and demo the product - Clear, direct written communication; comfort with async-first workflows - Experience at an early-stage company selling a genuinely new category is a plus
