Omnea is an AI-first agentic operating system for procurement that automates request capture, approval routing, supplier onboarding, risk flagging, and renewal tracking. The platform serves enterprise customers including Spotify, PayPal, T. Rowe Price, JustEat, Adyen, and S&P Global. The company is Series B-funded ($75M from Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, and Accel), ranked the UK's #1 startup for 2026, and 11th fastest-growing tech company in Europe with 3x+ ARR growth.
You will own Omnea's Israel territory as GM/VP Sales, building the business from the ground up. Your responsibilities include: setting the territory plan and target account strategy; personally closing major enterprise deals with CFOs, CPOs, and procurement leaders; representing Omnea as the face of the company in Israel through customer meetings, industry events, and partner conversations; hiring and coaching sales AEs as the market grows; and feeding buyer insights back to product and marketing teams.
This is a player-coach role where you'll spend significant time in deals rather than managing dashboards. You'll have a proven product and market validation to work with, but no pre-built local team or playbook—you're building from zero. As the Israel business scales, your team and scope will expand accordingly. The company operates on a meritocracy model and has signed the Future Founder Promise, supporting employees who want to start their own companies.
The role is initially remote while building Israel presence. Omnea operates a hybrid model with in-person time Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at offices (important for early-stage company cohesion). Competitive geo-localized benefits are provided.
