Salary: USD 200,000 - 250,000 / annual
Jerry.ai is a Series C, YC-backed fintech startup with 5M+ customers and $240M in funding. Founded in 2017, the company launched its product in 2019 and achieved profitability in 2024. Jerry is building the first AI-powered advisor to manage all your physical assets, starting with car insurance and expanding into home, motorcycle, RV, and boat ownership categories.
The company has launched five new products this year alone: home insurance, property tax, motorcycle insurance, car repair shop bids, and roadside assistance. Each new business comes with distinct operational complexity, unique customer pain points, and its own path to scale.
You will serve as General Manager for one of these emerging product lines, reporting directly to the Cofounder/CEO. You will own the P&L, set strategy, and be accountable for everything from product development, customer growth, partnerships, and operations. Depending on the product line, you may lead a small team of 1-2 people initially.
This is an opportunity to build and scale a new business within a late-stage startup that already has an existing user base, product-market fit, capital, traction, and a high-caliber team. The role is based in the Palo Alto office, 2-3 days per week.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or hands-on operating roles in fast-growing startups
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Ability to work in person in the Palo Alto office alongside the CEO and executive team
- Must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada
