The company operates 3,000+ employees globally and is seeking a Global Web Growth Project Manager to scale and optimize its B2B web ecosystem of 30+ websites across multiple markets, languages, and product lines. In this role, you will own web performance and be directly accountable for delivering web-driven growth targets, particularly form submissions and lead generation KPIs (MALs and MQLs). You will drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives, plan and execute A/B tests, optimize landing pages and conversion funnels, and conduct web QA to ensure high-quality releases. You'll translate analytics data from GA4 and GSC into actionable optimization roadmaps in partnership with the Web Analyst. You will lead cross-functional web projects end-to-end—from ideation and prioritization through launch and post-launch optimization. This includes managing website initiatives, creating project plans and timelines, coordinating with Marketing, Web Developers, Web Designers, and the Web Analyst, and balancing multiple parallel initiatives across markets while ensuring alignment with business goals and growth targets. Required qualifications: 3+ years of web management experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS; strong CRO and lead generation knowledge; proficiency with analytics tools (GA4, VWO, Hotjar); familiarity with CMS platforms, preferably HubSpot; strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills; fluent English.
