You will join the Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Partner, reporting to the TA Director. You'll be part of a team of five TA Partners across Berlin and London, responsible for hiring across all levels up to C-suite. Your primary focus will be supporting Commercial, Marketing, and Operations departments across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, and manage candidates from initial contact through offer management, ensuring high-quality candidate experience
- Business partnering: own hiring for your vertical end-to-end across Germany, the UK, and the Netherlands; work directly with leadership and hiring managers to understand their needs and make better hiring decisions
- Process improvement: identify friction points in the interview process and candidate journey; implement experiments and improvements; share sourcing techniques and hiring intelligence with the wider TA team
- AI & tooling: leverage existing AI workflows (Claude, ChatGPT, n8n) and help build new ones to increase efficiency and speed

Requirements:
- Track record sourcing and closing high-calibre and hard-to-reach candidates through direct outreach
- Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter, ideally hiring across multiple functions and locales
- Demonstrated use of AI tools across daily recruiting workflow (bonus: experience building them)
- Fluent English (C1 minimum); German or other languages a plus
- Inquisitive mindset with ability to ask sharp, insightful questions
- Good judgment to weigh information and make sound decisions in ambiguous situations
- Trustworthy and credible; ability to manage expectations and build relationships
- Adaptive communication skills to guide, advise, and influence stakeholders
