Cyolo is seeking an experienced Global Recruiter to own and drive the company's global recruitment and employee onboarding processes. This is a hands-on role combining strong recruiting capabilities with excellent execution, organization, and attention to detail.
You will manage multiple concurrent recruitment processes across the US, Israel, and Europe, working closely with hiring managers and leadership to identify, attract, and onboard top talent. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth candidate-to-employee transition, building recruitment infrastructure, and maintaining process consistency across geographies.

Key responsibilities include:
- Owning end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple regions
- Partnering with hiring managers and leadership on talent strategy and hiring needs
- Managing candidate pipelines, screening, and interview coordination
- Designing and implementing onboarding workflows
- Building recruiting systems and processes that scale
- Operating independently while collaborating cross-functionally
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in talent acquisition
- Demonstrated ability to manage global, multi-region recruitment
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with onboarding process design preferred
