Okta is seeking a high-velocity Partner Program Operations Specialist to own the operational backbone of the global partner ecosystem. This is a full-ownership role focused on partner onboarding, portal infrastructure, and operational support—not a passive ticket-handling position. Key Responsibilities: Partner Onboarding & Ecosystem Operations: - Own end-to-end partner onboarding, taking new partners from contract sign-off to full enablement without friction - Drive data hygiene in Salesforce, ensuring partner profiles, status, and agreement data remain 100% accurate and complete - Partner closely with Finance and Partner Sales to execute streamlined due diligence and compliance checks - Manage partner agreements from submission through execution (DocuSign/Conga) to keep deals and onboarding moving fast - Support distribution partners in rapidly onboarding their reseller networks in compliance with program standards - Serve as the go-to operational partner on Slack and email, providing fast, accurate answers on program structure and resources Portal & Systems Enablement: - Own user access and identity lifecycle for the Partner Portal and downstream systems, troubleshooting technical blockers instantly - Guide partners through portal workflows, tools, and program documentation so they can self-serve effectively - Unblock partner access to learning systems, ensuring seamless training and certification pathways - Champion portal adoption internally and externally to drive maximum self-service usage across the ecosystem Partner Support & Operational Execution: - Resolve high-volume inbound operational requests with speed and precision (covering onboarding, eligibility, agreement tracking, benefits, and compliance) - Support Deal Registration operations—troubleshooting submission blockers and keeping partner deal flow moving smoothly - Issue Letters of Authorization (LOAs) promptly upon request - Safeguard partner data integrity across Salesforce, Conga, DocuSign, PRM tools, and public partner locator directories - Assist with deal registration metrics, reporting, and compliance monitoring to ensure channel health The ideal candidate is an execution-focused operator with a bias for action, incredible attention to detail, and a knack for solving complex operational puzzles in a fast-moving environment. Requirements: - 3–6 years of experience in partner operations, channel operations, or program operations—preferably in high-growth SaaS/tech - Bias for Action & Ownership: Take complete accountability for your queue, proactively solve root causes, and don't wait to be told how to fix a blocker - Attention to Detail & Data Mastery: Take pride in pristine data quality and spot operational inconsistencies before they become problems - Problem-Solving Speed: Ability to navigate complex tools and cross-functional processes rapidly under tight deadlines - Clear, Direct Communication: Excellent writing and interpersonal skills for unblocking both internal cross-functional partners and external executives - High Professional Standards: Strong business judgment, integrity, and comfort navigating cross-functional matrixed teams Preferred Tooling Experience: - Salesforce (SFDC) & PRM Platforms (e.g., Impartner) - Google Workspace & Microsoft Excel - Conga / Apttus & DocuSign - Tableau or similar reporting/BI tools
