Aspire is a Series C fintech company building a financial operating system for global founders and businesses. The platform integrates banking, software, and automation to help companies manage finances across borders. Backed by Y Combinator, Peak XV, and Lightspeed, Aspire serves over 50,000 startups and partners with major institutions like J.P. Morgan, Visa, and Wise. You will design and own Aspire's global partner marketing strategy, reporting to the VP of Partnerships. This is a senior individual-contributor role focused on scaling partner-sourced revenue and new customer acquisition across three business units (Aspire BA for SMEs, Aspire OS for mid-market, and AspireX for enterprise) and multiple partner categories including banks, ERPs, accounting platforms, VCs, channel partners, resellers, and ISVs. Key responsibilities include: defining the global partner marketing strategy and roadmap tied to revenue targets; building standard playbooks for co-marketing programs, MDF frameworks, and partner enablement assets that regional teams can localize; prioritizing investment across partner categories and markets; identifying and activating partner marketing opportunities with Partnership Managers; managing the global MDF framework including allocation, governance, and ROI tracking; designing repeatable co-marketing campaign frameworks (content, webinars, events, social); localizing messaging for different markets; equipping partners with ready-to-use assets and playbooks; coordinating between Field Marketing Managers and Partnerships teams to ensure global consistency with local relevance; and establishing metrics and reporting cadence for partner marketing performance. You'll work closely with Field Marketing Managers in each market and regional Partnership Managers to execute the global agenda locally. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution—you'll set the agenda and ship campaigns yourself. You'll act as the central coordination point between Partnerships and Field Marketing, representing partner marketing needs in broader company planning. Required qualifications: 8+ years in partner marketing, channel marketing, or field marketing with experience across multiple partner types (channel partners, resellers, ISVs); proven track record designing and running co-marketing programs or MDF frameworks that drove measurable partner-sourced pipeline or revenue; experience working globally or across multiple regions with a central strategy executed locally; ability to operate as both strategist and operator; strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills; fintech background preferred.
