ServiceNow seeks a Global Partner Manager to drive partner ecosystem health, performance, and go-to-market execution for Governance & Risk and Autonomous Workforce practices. This individual contributor role bridges global partner strategy with field-level execution, translating corporate vision into scalable partner activation and pipeline growth.
You will own end-to-end partner lifecycle management for key partners, including joint business planning, GTM execution, and performance tracking across Governance, Security, Risk, Identity, Operational Technology, and Autonomous Workforce domains. Core responsibilities include driving partner pipeline development in collaboration with field sales, engaging partners in active customer opportunities and co-sell motions, and generating new business through partner-led channels in existing accounts and net-new logos.
Cross-functional collaboration is central to the role. You will operate within defined RACI models covering customer lifecycle and implementation, align with internal stakeholders on roles and responsibilities, partner with Technical Partner Advisors to guide positioning and sales plays, and coordinate with Marketing on joint demand generation campaigns.
Partner readiness and governance activities include conducting quarterly and bi-annual business reviews, coaching and enabling partner teams (remote and in-person), advising on market and geographic expansion, and proactively tracking performance metrics and risk indicators. Success is measured by global SI pipeline growth and revenue contribution (sourced and sell-through NNACV), expansion into new markets and buying centers, partner engagement quality, cross-functional execution consistency, partner maturity and enablement effectiveness, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Required qualifications include 10-15+ years in partner management, alliances, or ecosystem roles within enterprise software and/or consulting/implementation services; strong understanding of partner-led and co-sell sales motions; experience in Governance, Risk, Security, and OT businesses; proven ability to collaborate and influence across matrixed organizations; and experience developing and executing GTM strategies through partner ecosystems. Preferred experience includes supporting partner-involved deal and proposal motions, familiarity with partner lifecycle management and performance measurement, and leveraging AI tools in work processes and workflow automation.
