The Global Partner Lead (GPL) owns the global strategy and execution of a named portfolio of Global Systems Integrator (GSI) partnerships. This is a strategic, hands-on role combining executive-level direction-setting with day-to-day relationship management to drive pipeline and revenue outcomes.
Key responsibilities include: establishing and scaling named GSI partnerships against agreed goals; setting global partner-level strategy, joint business plans, and performance metrics; segmenting and prioritizing partners based on strategic value and growth potential; allocating GTM, technical, and executive resources across the portfolio; building and maintaining executive relationships with partner leadership across sales, delivery, and alliances; driving co-selling and joint go-to-market programs; establishing operating cadences including business reviews, governance, and pipeline tracking; enabling partner organizations through training, certifications, and solution alignment; developing repeatable joint solution offerings and implementation motions; and representing the company in executive and customer-facing engagements.
Approximately 20% of time is allocated to ecosystem expansion, including assessing and establishing new partnerships with hyperscalers, data platforms, foundation model labs, and lab instrument providers, while feeding market and competitive intelligence into overall strategy.
The role requires close collaboration with internal teams (Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, Product, Engineering, Marketing) to ensure partner strategy supports company-wide GTM goals, and building repeatable frameworks and playbooks for regional teams.
