As a Global Operations Associate in Dallas, you will be a frontline operations professional responsible for the end-to-end execution of global shipments within a regional network. This role manages ocean freight (LCL and FCL), ocean imports, and air imports/exports, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experience through on-time performance and quality execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the complete movement of global shipments and ensuring compliance with internal KPIs and SLAs
- Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, solving issues quickly and escalating as needed
- Coordinating day-to-day logistics operations with internal and external partners including steamship lines, air carriers, customs brokers, and drayage vendors
- Managing client shipment quotes and invoicing with P&L accountability
- Participating in quarterly business reviews and monthly business reviews
- Following standard operating procedures while driving continuous improvement through process automation and data-driven decision-making

Required qualifications include 2+ years of logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or ocean carrier operations experience, a bachelor's degree (preferred), and fluency in English. You should be adaptable to new technology, compliance-focused, and capable of managing high-volume workloads while maintaining quality standards.
