AlertMedia is a rapidly growing risk intelligence and response platform company that helps organizations protect their people, operations, and brand. The Global Intelligence Analyst role is critical to the company's mission of keeping customers safe and informed during critical events.
In this position, you will monitor global incidents and emerging threats using specialized source tools, identify events that could impact business continuity and employee safety, and communicate time-sensitive information to customers with accuracy and urgency. You'll work independently and collaboratively with AlertMedia's Global Intelligence team to continuously refine monitoring sources and ensure comprehensive threat detection.
You'll be responsible for discerning what information is important and relevant from multiple data sources, making quick and thoughtful decisions under pressure, and delivering updates as situations evolve. The role demands laser-sharp focus, meticulous attention to detail, clear communication, and sound judgment—understanding that the intelligence you provide could be mission-critical.
Ideal candidates have prior experience as a security or intelligence analyst, in news media, or similar roles requiring analytical thinking, mission focus, and ability to work within tight time constraints. You should be an independent problem solver with strong organizational skills, capable of making difficult decisions under pressure while supporting a larger team effort.
