Neo Security is seeking a Global Head of Sales to build and lead the go-to-market organization for its agentic software security platform targeting enterprises worldwide. This is a senior, high-ownership role reporting to the CEO with full P&L responsibility for the sales function.
Key responsibilities include owning global sales strategy and execution across segments and regions; building, hiring, and scaling a worldwide sales organization including regional leaders, enterprise sales reps, sales engineers, and field channel managers; partnering directly with the CEO and executive team on revenue strategy, forecasting, and board-level reporting; driving and personally engaging in the largest strategic enterprise deals with CISOs and senior security buyers; building repeatable sales processes and playbooks as the company scales from early adopters to broad enterprise adoption; partnering with Marketing on demand generation and channel strategy; collaborating with Product and Engineering on roadmap and pricing decisions based on market signal; building relationships with channel and technology alliance partners; managing sales budget, compensation plans, and quota structure; and representing Neo Security externally with customers, prospects, partners, and at industry events.
Required qualifications: 10+ years in enterprise software or cybersecurity sales, including 5+ years in senior sales leadership (VP Sales, Global/Regional Head of Sales, or equivalent); proven track record building and scaling a global or multi-region enterprise sales organization from early stages; demonstrated success closing large, complex enterprise deals and building trusted relationships with CISOs and senior security stakeholders; experience hiring, developing, and managing sales leaders across multiple regions and functions; strong track record of accurate forecasting and pipeline management at executive and board level; excellent executive presence and communication skills with experience partnering directly with CEOs and boards on revenue strategy; experience building sales processes and methodology from the ground up in early-stage or high-growth environments; willingness to travel globally.
Nice-to-haves include experience selling into security, identity, or infrastructure buyers; scaling a sales organization at an early-stage cybersecurity startup through Series A or B; building and scaling channel and technology alliance partnerships; existing relationships with CISOs and security architects; and experience shaping pricing, packaging, and product strategy based on market feedback.
