Port is building an open and flexible Agentic Engineering Platform that serves as the central nervous system for modern engineering organizations. Following a $100M Series C funding round, the company is in rapid hypergrowth with strong enterprise momentum. The platform unifies engineering stacks and exposes them as governed layers through golden paths for developers and AI agents, helping organizations transition from manual processes to autonomous, AI-assisted engineering workflows.
You will lead the creation and scaling of Port's global partner ecosystem from the ground up. This is a hands-on, strategic role building a high-impact network of channel partners, global system integrators (GSIs), and strategic resellers who become extensions of the sales and delivery teams. You'll develop a scalable playbook across North America, EMEA, and APJ, with deep expertise in modern SaaS partner ecosystems.
Key responsibilities include: defining and executing global partner strategy to expand reach into enterprise and mid-market engineering organizations; establishing a repeatable partner model starting in North America and extending globally; building a differentiated GSI motion with strategic relationships and embedding Port into consulting practices; driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue in close collaboration with sales; designing and operationalizing a scalable partner program with onboarding, enablement, certifications, and repeatable sales plays; creating executive alignment through strategic planning and quarterly business reviews; partnering cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and alliances; and continuously refining ecosystem strategy with market and partner insights.
You bring 7-10+ years of partner ecosystem experience at high-growth SaaS companies, with proven success building channel, GSI, and strategic partner programs from scratch or significantly scaling existing ones. You have deep expertise in designing partner programs, recruiting and onboarding partners, and enabling them to sell and deliver effectively. You demonstrate a track record of driving repeatable partner-led revenue with clear ROI. You possess strong business acumen and ability to develop scalable operating models and playbooks across geographies and partner types. You excel at cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams. You have executive presence and can build trust with senior leaders at partner organizations. You combine hands-on execution mentality with strategic thinking. Experience in developer platforms, engineering tools, or infrastructure software is a strong plus.
