Passage is a mission-driven fintech/edtech company providing loans to international students and refugees to pursue higher education in Canada. As Global Growth Lead, you will drive enrollment growth by managing a portfolio of recruitment partner agencies worldwide, with a focus on the Canadian admissions and visa ecosystem.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for global recruitment agents, providing strategic advisory and operational support to help them scale student recruitment to Canada. Key responsibilities include managing partner relationships, increasing Passage's market share through partner engagement and enablement, ensuring partners adopt digital tools and workflows, and upholding compliance and ethical standards.
On the sales and growth side, you will own intake and enrollment targets, develop and execute partner activation plans (site visits, training, marketing campaigns, student events), monitor performance through CRM analytics, and identify growth opportunities. You will collaborate cross-functionally with admissions, marketing, and finance teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
You bring 3+ years of proven success in partner or account management within study abroad or international education. You have deep expertise in Canadian admissions, visa cycles, and student recruitment. You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. You excel at communication, stakeholder management, analytical reporting, and translating strategy into action. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and maintain professional integrity with confidential information.
