This role sits at the intersection of Customer Success, operations, and special projects for the B2C business. As the organization scales globally, you will combine stakeholder management, strategy, analytics, and project management execution to help define processes, metrics, and ways of working that enable local teams to operate consistently at global scale.
You will act as a counterpart to the Global VP in scaling key products and processes, fully owning project outcomes and key Customer Success KPIs including onboarding quality, health score, and retention. You will serve as Project Owner for selected initiatives, coordinating stakeholders, timelines, risks, and follow-up while working closely with local teams across 13 markets. Key responsibilities include implementing new products across the existing product suite, scaling results and learnings from one market into global projects, liaising with in-market stakeholders to align on project direction and status, collaborating with the global product team, leading specific parts of the customer journey (particularly new customer onboarding), and working with the Ops team on efficiencies and AI solutions.

- Strong cross-functional orchestration skills in multicultural teams; ability to align product, marketing, and local teams, build trust quickly, and make decisions without formal authority
- Strategic thinking combined with strong execution mindset, favoring problem-solving and iterative progress over theoretical frameworks
- Fluent English and working proficiency in at least one additional language from the Group (Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, or Italian)
- Must have legal right to work in Spain or country of residence; visa sponsorship not available
