Flywire is seeking a Global Benefits Specialist to establish and maintain benefits and leave programs across 15+ countries. This newly created role sits at the intersection of People, Payroll, Finance, and Legal teams, serving as a key operational hub for global benefits administration.
You will own daily benefits operations including enrollments, life events, and open enrollment cycles. You'll act as the primary escalation point for complex benefits and leave inquiries from employees worldwide, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. Vendor relationship management is central to the role—you'll coordinate daily vendor operations, manage eligibility files, oversee renewals, and support leave-of-absence logistics and return-to-work execution.
Process improvement and compliance are ongoing priorities. You'll perform benefit audits, reconciliations, and system testing to ensure accuracy and regulatory adherence. You'll document processes, create self-service guides to reduce support burden, and drive continuous optimization of benefits administration workflows.
You'll also support the rollout and ongoing administration of Flywire's global recognition program, contributing to the company's Total Rewards and Recognition strategy.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2–4 years of experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or Total Rewards
- Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for audits and reporting
- HRIS experience (e.g., Workday) is a strong plus
- Strong organizational skills and process documentation capability
- Fluency in English
- Multi-country benefits experience is highly preferred
