Ketryx is an AI software platform enabling healthcare and life sciences companies to accelerate regulated product development from years to weeks. The company's AI removes compliance friction and dissolves the historical tradeoff between innovation and regulatory compliance, allowing regulated industries to innovate at modern software pace. Backed by Lightspeed Ventures with founders from Amgen (Head of AI) and Wolfram Cloud (CTO), Ketryx already powers several top MedTech companies and is expanding into automotive, aerospace, and energy sectors.
You will own and grow Ketryx's most important enterprise relationships with MedTech and life sciences leaders. As the primary point of contact for a portfolio of largest global accounts, you are responsible for retention, expansion, and developing long-term multi-year partnerships. This is commercial ownership, not a support role.
Key responsibilities include: owning expansion outcomes across global enterprise accounts with net revenue retention as a core metric; building and maintaining multi-threaded relationships with economic buyers, quality/regulatory stakeholders, and end users; identifying and running expansion opportunities as customers extend Ketryx to new teams, business units, or product lines; partnering with Delivery, Success, and Support teams to ensure accounts realize value and risks surface early; developing account plans mapping stakeholders, whitespace, and renewal timelines; representing customer voice internally with Product and Engineering on roadmap input; navigating complexity of global multi-region accounts with different buying committees, budget cycles, and regulatory contexts; and ramping quickly in a high-growth startup environment.
You will be the voice of the customer internally and voice of Ketryx externally across time zones, business units, and geographies. The role offers ownership of a portfolio of the world's most sophisticated MedTech and life sciences organizations, a seat at the table shaping how a growth-stage startup builds its account management function, mentorship from experienced GTM leaders, and the mission of deepening customer relationships that directly enable more patients to benefit from safer products delivered faster.
