Fieldguide is a venture-backed SaaS platform automating assurance, audit, and advisory work for cybersecurity, privacy, and financial audit practitioners. The company is backed by Goldman Sachs Growth Equity, Bessemer Venture Partners, Y Combinator, and other top-tier investors. As a Global Account Executive, you will own 1–3 named strategic accounts end-to-end, serving as the single point of accountability for their growth and expansion worldwide. Rather than managing a broad territory, you'll go deep on a small number of complex, multinational accounts, becoming the internal and external expert on their business structure, governance, and long-term strategy. You will build and execute multi-year global account strategies, mapping whitespace across regions, subsidiaries, and business units. This involves running multi-threaded account motions spanning time zones and stakeholder groups—from regional practice leaders to global C-suite executives. You'll take a consultative, partner-first approach, guiding organizations through a shift in how audit and advisory work gets done globally and positioning Fieldguide as the platform of record across every geography they operate in. Key responsibilities include: developing account strategy using MEDDICC methodology adapted for multi-region deal cycles; coordinating with cross-functional teams (Solutions, Finance, Product, Marketing, Customer Success) to ensure consistent account experience; navigating global deal complexity including multiple procurement processes, regional pricing, data residency, and regulatory environments; presenting tailored solution walkthroughs to regional stakeholders; maintaining rigorous CRM diligence and forecasting accuracy; and representing Fieldguide at industry events. You'll travel 30–40% annually, including international travel to support in-region relationships. You bring 10+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of owning and growing a small number of large, complex multinational accounts. You have demonstrated success managing global or multi-region relationships, navigating different regional stakeholders and procurement processes within single accounts. You possess strong executive presence, exceptional project and stakeholder management skills, and a track record of driving whitespace expansion within existing accounts. Experience working for or selling to audit, advisory, or assurance firms with global footprint is strongly preferred.
